Supreme Court Committees -- Second Supplemental Report of the 
1998-2000 Special Civil Part Practice Committee
The 1998-2000 Report of the Special Civil Part Practice Committee (“Practice Committee”) contained a number of
recommendations relating to Commonwealth Realty Management, Inc. v. Harris, 155 N.J. 212 (1998). The Supreme
Court, in part in response to comments received on that report after its publication, referred those Harris-related
recommendations back to the Practice Committee for further consideration. Having completed that further
consideration, the Practice Committee now has submitted a set of revised recommendations, in the form of a Second
Supplemental Report (“Supplemental Report”). That Supplemental Report (including related appendices) is published
here for comment.

tenure of the 2000-2002 Practice Committee.
