The 1998-2000 reports of the Supreme Court Rules Committees were previously published for comment. Three (3)
committees have published supplementatl reports: Civil Practice Committee, Professional Responsibility Rules
Committee, and the Special Civil Part Practice Committee.

Please note that not all of the appendices referenced in these reports are included in the PDF files available for
download.

As with the initial committee reports, the Supreme Court invites written comments on these supplemental reports and
the recommendations they contain. Please send any such comments by April 17, 2000 to Hon. Richard J. Williams,
