Supreme Court Order Relaxing Rule 2:6-2 (a)

It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J. Const. Art. VI, §2, par. 3, that effective immediately and until further order Rule 2:6-2 (a) of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey is hereby relaxed so as to permit, but not require, each brief to contain a preliminary statement for the purpose of providing the court with a brief overview of the case; the preliminary statement, which may not contain footnotes, shall not exceed two pagers.
