ACJC Stipulation – In the Matter of Surrogate Bernice Toledo
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has filed a Stipulation of Discipline by Consent, an affidavit, and a recommendation in In the Matter of Surrogate Bernice Toledo.
A complaint was filed Dec. 23, 2019, and an answer was filed on Jan. 28, 2020.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” which is available at njcourts.gov.
