Ocean Vicinage to Celebrate 16th Annual Adoption Day

The Ocean Vicinage will celebrate National Adoption Day on Friday, Nov. 18 during remote proceedings.

Family Presiding Judge Madelin F. Einbinder and Superior Court Judge Robert E. Brenner will finalize adoptions virtually.

“This year we are very excited to be celebrating an important milestone as four very fortunate children find their forever homes with their adoptive families,” Judge Einbinder said. 

This is the 16th year that the vicinage will participate in the nationwide celebration.  

The vicinage’s Children in Court Unit and the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency will co-host the virtual adoption celebrations.  

National Adoption Day is an annual event to celebrate the families and children whose adoptions will be finalized and to raise public awareness of the need for adoptive homes.
