ACJC Answer – In the Matter of Mary F. Thurber, Judge of the Superior Court

An answer in response to a formal complaint in In the Matter of Mary F. Thurber, Judge of the Superior Court, has been filed. A formal complaint was filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Jan. 12.

A formal hearing will be scheduled in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15. Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
