Supreme Court Order – In the Matter of Michael J. Kassel, Judge of the Superior Court
The Supreme Court has issued an order in response to a presentment filed by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct in In the Matter of Michael J. Kassel, Judge of the Superior Court.
The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15, Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
