ACJC Formal Hearing – In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has scheduled a formal hearing in In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 10:45 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton.
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on April 10. An answer was filed on April 13.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
