ACJC Answer – In the Matter of Douglas H. Hurd, Judge of the Superior Court
An answer has been filed in response to a complaint in In the Matter of Douglas H. Hurd, Judge of the Superior Court.
A formal complaint was filed in the matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on Jan. 30.
A hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
