ACJC Presentment – In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has filed a presentment in In the Matter of R. Douglas Hoffman, Judge of the Municipal Court.

The presentment is in response to a complaint filed by the committee on April 10, 2023. An answer was filed on April 13, 2023.

The complaint was filed in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct," which is available at njcourts.gov.
