ACJC Answer – In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court
An answer has been filed in response to a complaint in In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court.
A formal complaint was filed in the matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial conduct on July 28.
A hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
