Tina DiNicola Appointed Trial Court Administrator for Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage

Assignment Judge Benjamin Telsey of the Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage announced the appointment today of Tina DiNicola as trial court administrator, effective Oct. 18.

DiNicola, the assistant trial court administrator for the past seven years, succeeds Jason J. Corter, who was named director of Trial Court Services in June.

“With more than 25 years of legal and administrative experience, Tina DiNicola brings a combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to the position of trial court administrator for the Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage. Her experience across many levels of the justice system – from clerkship to courtroom to court leadership, makes her well-prepared to lead all facets of court operations,” said Judge Michael J. Blee, acting administrative director of the courts.

DiNicola will work closely with Judge Telsey and vicinage leadership to manage a court operation that includes 26 judges and 567 staff members.

The trial court administrator is the highest ranking staff executive in the vicinage in charge of all court operations, including financial management, human resources, information systems, and case flow management.

DiNicola joined the Judiciary in 2013 as operations division manager for the Cumberland/Gloucester/Salem Vicinage, a position she held until 2018, while also serving as acting family division manager for 10 months in 2017.

Before her career with the Judiciary, DiNicola was a private practice attorney who specialized in matrimonial and family court matters along with business and real estate transactions. 

After earning her law degree from Widener University School of Law, DiNicola served as a law clerk to Superior Court Judge Harold U. Johnson, Jr. in Cumberland County. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University.
