ACJC Public Hearing – In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has scheduled a formal hearing in In the Matter of Britt J. Simon, Judge of the Municipal Court.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 10:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Courtroom, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market St., Trenton, and the Judiciary’s public channels page. The hearing will appear under “Administrative Office of the Courts.”

A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on July 28. An answer was filed on Aug. 18. 

The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
