Transcripts for appeals are filed with the Clerk's office and uploaded to the eCourts system. Attorneys must submit three stamped copies and upload the transcript via My Case List on eCourts.

File a substitution of attorney in eCourts Appellate by either the withdrawing attorney or substituting attorney. If within the same firm, no supporting documents are needed. Changes are effective upon acceptance.
