State v Ernest Troiano, Steven Mikulski, and Peter Byron

The April 25 sentencing in State v Peter Byron has been rescheduled to Oct. 3 at 9 a.m. at the Cape May County Courthouse, 9 N. Main St., Cape May Court House. 

A trial date in State v Ernest Troiano has been scheduled for Sept. 22 before Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury at the Cape May County Courthouse, 9 N. Main St., Cape May Court House.

State v. Sean M. Higgins

A discretionary case conference is scheduled for Aug. 21 at 1:30 p.m. before Superior Court Judge Michael Silvanio, room 208 at the Salem County Courthouse, 92 Market St., Salem, NJ. The matter will be in person and livestreamed on NJ Courts Court Sessions.

State v. George Norcross et al

State v. Marty Small Sr. and La’Quetta Small

Motion hearings for La’Quetta Small and Marty Small Sr. are scheduled to continue June 19 at 1:30 p.m. before Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury at the Atlantic County Criminal Courts Complex, 4997 Unami Blvd., Mays Landing.  The matter will be in person but not livestreamed because of the potential for testimony from juveniles. If approval is granted for video and still photos of the hearing, there will be a prohibition on recording or photographing juvenile witnesses.
