ACJC Formal Hearing – In the Matter of Michael J. Kassel, Judge of the Superior Court
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has scheduled a formal virtual hearing in In the Matter of Michael J. Kassel, Judge of the Superior Court.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. on the Judiciary’s public channels page. The hearing will appear under “Administrative Office of the Courts.”
A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on April 19. An answer was filed on April 27.
The hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
